Bella Vida Luxury Townhouse is a two story 4-bedroom vacation home located in BellaVida Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Within 10 minutes of Walt Disney World, this home is perfect to unwind during your visit to Central Florida. Your rental includes bed linens, towels, kitchenware as well as Wi-Fi and cable television. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there are flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. One bedroom and one full bathroom are located on the ground floor, all other rooms accessible via stairs on the second floor.
This vacation home has a private, screened-in swimming pool with water views which may be heated for an additional fee. My family and I enjoyed our trip very much. The house was immaculate and the updated appliances were a bonus when coming home from a busy day at the park to cook a family meal. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. I would note that if you visit in the spring when the temperature is still in between warm and cool to get the pool heated as it is very cold. I look forward to renting at this property again.

Townhome is exactly as described, very clean, very spacious, new appliances. Quiet neighborhood and close to major attractions. Owner is very responsive and was quick to solve very minor issue we had (missing remote to living room TV). Surely will book again in future visit.

The house is so beautifull. Have a lot of places and atraccions near to the house. We realy enjoy the stay.
