Virtual Check-in

Guest registration is completed virtually prior to your arrival. This allows for an easy contact-less check-in. Our homes have electronic door locks so you only need an access code to enter.

WiFi

High Speed Internet is provided complimentary in all vacation homes.

Cleaning

Cleanliness and safety are our top priority. To prevent the spread of Covid-19 we have adopted the cleaning and sanitation guidelines as specified by the CDC and the Vacation Rental Manager's Association for our industry. Service personnel use protective gear including face masks when servicing our homes, and use only CDC approved cleaning agents.

BBQ Grill

Some homes offer a complimentary BBQ grill for guests. If your vacation home does not offer a BBQ grill, we partner we local vendors that provide a BBQ rental with pick-up and drop off services.

Pool Heating

Some vacation homes offer private pools for your enjoyment. Pools and Spas are cleaned weekly and may be heated for an additional fee. Contact us to add this option to your booking.

24 Hrs Emergency Guest Services

In-house guests have the peace of mind of knowing someone is always available if help is needed. For emergency after-hour assistance, please leave a voicemail on our after hours line at 407-395-4435 and the on-call representative will promptly return your call.
