This house sits on a tranquil lot with views of mother natures pond (not for swimming because of Florida wildlife) in the backyard. This private house features two-bedroom suites with private full baths. Three additional bedrooms, each with a wonderful theme like Harry Potter, NASA Space Center, and of course Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The open floor plan and two-story areas with oversized windows allow for a tremendous amount of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, plates, silverware. Easy access to all the theme parks in just minutes. Epcot is only 10 miles away!! Old Town and Fun Spot are just a few miles away. If you do not want to go to the theme parks other fantastic options are a TON of outlet stores and plenty of miniature golf courses on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL (Also known as 192).
The house is only 10 miles from Sea World and 15 miles from Universal Studios and Island of Adventure.

You can feel COVID safe as it was a private home with no common hotel hallways.
You will not bump into other people as you would in a hotel.
Also as a private home, you will not need to share an elevator with strangers.
As one of the greatest resort-style communities in the area, Crystal Cove Resort was built with year-round vacations in mind. This exclusive gated community of 186 single-family homes was completed in 2015 and features some of the best amenities and designs in the area.
Richly detailed with modern living spaces, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances like a stainless steel dishwasher that is very QUIET and not like the ones with a cheap plastic tub you can hear running. This holiday home is one that no one will want to leave.
Visitors can mingle at the large, sparkling community pool as well, or enjoy the expansive clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, community kitchen, and fully stocked games room with billiards.
Families can also take a leisurely stroll around the 5-acre natural lake in the center of the community, where they’ll likely catch a glimpse of some of Florida’s renowned wildlife.

Sorry for the delayed review, I wanted to return home so I could concentrate on writing how much we loved our stay at your home. Let me start by saying as soon as we arrived and walked into the house we knew we would love our stay. It’s was so clean and brite plus smelled so fresh when we arrived. The private pool was fabulous and paying extra for it to be heated was so worth it. The gated neighborhood was great for the kids to ride the skateboards and not worry about them going out of the few streets in the neighborhood. It was truly convenient to everything like Wal-Mart, Target, Marshall’s and Aldi. Disney Springs was so close we went every night tuat we didn’t go to a theme park. I have so many more things to write but don’t know if I have enough space. Please trust me this was a fantastic home in a great location and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at your house. We loved how close everything is including all the theme parks. The most impressive thing was seeing the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom from the window in your Minnie Mouse room. Plus I felt very safe in your gated community. I would like to come back next year.

Cozy Key was an excellent host! Our flight arrived earlier than anticipated and they worked with us to accommodate our group. The house was amazing. Everyone in the family, but mostly my husband, wants to move in and stay forever. Our son commented that it was the best part of the week at Disney, I’ll echo that statement. After dealing with the rude masses at the parks, it truly was an inviting, relaxing space to return to and decompress. We will definitely be returning to this house, if Cozy Key will allow us :-)
